- My Recharge not done but money is deducted from my bank or card

Sometimes due to technical reasons recharge shows as failed even though the amount has been deducted from your account. Be assured that your amount is totally secure and it will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours up to 10 days or longer.

- Money is dedcuted two or more times from my bank or card

This may be happened due to refesh the page or pressing back button while doing payment. Be assured that your amount is totally secure and as per bank procedure it would be refunded within 2-12 working days. If you do not receive the refund, kindly contact us again.

- I am not able to make the payment

In some rare cases, it takes your banks online system longer than usual to respond. You should try another payment option or try again in some time.

- My order status is showing processed but I did not get the recharge benefit

Just wait for few hours. If you still have not received recharge, call up the operator and provide them the details sent to you through mail. If you do not receive any confirmation SMS from your mobile operator within four hours, then you give us details. We will be happy to help you.

- I got different benefits from what is mentioned in the tariff table.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused however the talk time that you receive is defined by the mobile operator and we have no control over it. Sometimes operator may change their tariff plans but do not update sites immediately. It is recommended that for all such cases, you may check directly with your mobile operators customer care before placing an order for recharge.

- I recharged on wrong number

Sorry, but if the recharge is already success then we are unable to cancel the order. The operator does not provide any refund for wrong recharges. Be very careful from next time to place an order for recharge.

- My recharge is failing again and again

It may be possible that the same recharge request is failing because of technical error or your operator may have changed the tariff plan or offer. Kindly contact with your operator customer care to know about the available tariff offers before placing your order.

- My recharge status is still showing Processing/Pending

Possible reasons for such an error could be : Mobile operators server was temporarily unavailable. Entered amount was not accepted by your mobile operator as a valid recharge value. There was a delay from the operator's end. You should wait for sometime. But if your recharge fails, the money will be refunded back to your wallet.

- My recharge failed but amount is not added to wallet.

This happens rarely, but in case your transaction fails & the refund is not added to your Wallet, Just wait for few hours. If you still have not added then kindly submit a request by using Support option.

- How long will it take for refund in bank for Failed recharges.

In case your recharge fails, it takes 24 hours up to 10 days or longer for refund into your wallet account.

Please click on 'forgot password' link at the login page to resend your rechargeprime.com account password.

- Invoice or Reciept Required

Normally, you will get the invoice or receipt in the My Order page. If do not received then please inform us.

- I think my account is compromised or hacked

You should change your password immediately if you think your account is compromised. We suggest you do not share your password with anyone, not even with someone claiming to be from RechargePrime.

- Is my account information safe?

Don't worry! All information transmitted between you and us is a secure and safety protocol available on the web. We will never release any of your details to anyone.


- Is your site is secure for online payment?

We would like to assure you that all the information provided at the site is completely confidential. Also, while making the payment, you are directed to the payment gateway website where you can securely provide your account details. This information is not visible to anyone except for the payment gateway.

Never ever share your Card number, expiry date, CVV, PIN, OTP, password with anyone. This can be misused. Recharge Prime, its employees or our Payment Gateway will never Call/SMS/Email/WhatsApp asking you for personal bank info or to deposit money into any bank a/c. Beware of fraudsters and do not act on such messages.
