1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using RechargePrime ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 2. Service Description RechargePrime is an aggregator marketplace operated by Nebula Digital Limited. We sell two product types: (a) third-party app top-up packages, and (b) digital gift cards. After a successful payment, top-ups are delivered to the account ID you provide, and gift card codes are emailed to the address you provide. 3. Payments All payments are processed securely by Stripe. RechargePrime does not store your card details. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 4. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once a top-up has been delivered or a gift card code has been issued. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact support and we will investigate promptly. 5. User Responsibilities You are responsible for providing the correct account ID (for top-ups) or delivery email (for gift cards). RechargePrime is not liable for products delivered to an incorrect account or email due to user error. 6. Prohibited Use You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or violation of any third-party app's terms of service. 7. Third-Party Apps RechargePrime is not affiliated with the apps for which it sells top-up packages, nor with the issuers of the gift cards offered on the platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We act solely as a reseller. 8. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific unfulfilled order. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 10.
